How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is 5–8 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
What’s your return policy?
Because pillows are personal-use products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Orders are protected for 30 days if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing — contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
Does the pillow need time to expand?
Yes — allow about 24 hours after opening for the memory foam to fully expand. It may arrive compressed from shipping.
Is the cover machine washable?
Yes. The zippered cover is removable and machine washable. Do not wash the memory foam core.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as they haven’t been processed for shipping. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering.
