How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically arrives in 5–8 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What is 30-Day Order Protection?
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Do you accept returns?
Because pillows are personal-use products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are fulfilled. Once fulfilment begins, cancellation is no longer possible.

How long does the pillow take to expand after opening?
Allow about 24 hours after opening for the foam to fully expand to its full shape.

Is the cover machine washable?
Yes. Remove the zippered cover and machine wash on a gentle, cold cycle. Tumble dry low or air dry.

Is Nekko a medical product?
No. Nekko Align is a comfort-focused sleep pillow designed to support the natural curve of your neck. It is not a medical device and does not treat or cure any condition.
