Side Sleeper
Position the neck roll toward you. Use the raised side zone for shoulder room. Try the high side (4.52”) for more lift, or flip to the low side (3.15”) for a gentler feel.
Back Sleeper
Keep the neck roll in for support under the curve of your neck, or remove it for a flatter feel. The low side (3.15”) works well for most back sleepers.
Allow about 24 hours after opening for the foam to fully expand.

What’s your return policy?
Because pillows are personal-use products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Orders are protected for 30 days if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing — contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
Does the pillow need time to expand?
Yes — allow about 24 hours after opening for the memory foam to fully expand. It may arrive compressed from shipping.
Is the cover machine washable?
Yes. The zippered cover is removable and machine washable. Do not wash the memory foam core.
Can I cancel my order?
